Concentrated extract of highly mineralized sulfide silt muds from Siberian lakes (Esobel salt) has anti-inflammatory and reparatory properties. It has a pain-relieving effect, improves blood and lymph circulation, eliminates swelling of tissues.
Willow bark extract suppresses pathogenic microflora, reduces inflammatory processes in the body, improves tissue nutrition.
Sodium chondroitine sulphate facilitates restoration of cartilage surfaces of joints, prevents connective tissue collapse, normalizes production of synovial fluid, thus improving joint mobility and reducing pain intensity.
Birch leaf extract, willow bark extract and burdock root extract have anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor properties, they normalize metabolic processes and activate processes in the excretory system.
Mumijo (mountain tar) has regenerative effect on tissues, facilitates increasing the volume of intercartilaginous lubricant produced and reduces swelling and pain.
Fast cooling effect due to the action of menthol facilitates relief of swelling and pain.
Calefactory effect of turpentine oil, fir oil, camphor and chili pepper extract, containing capsaicin improves microcirculation, thus providing local irritating, draining, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic effects. A combination of menthol with calefactory components of the cream results in a unique double feeling of heat and cold, providing mild thermoactive effect without intense burn.
Extract from roots and above-ground shoots of marsh cinquefoil activates blood and lymph circulation, relieves swelling and has anti-inflammatory activity.

Recommendations for administration:
Recommended for preventive treatment and strengthening of pharmacological therapy of:
- inflammatory diseases of the locomotor system: arthritis, tendinitis, tendovaginitis, periarthritis, bursitis, sinovitis;
- degenerative dystrophic disorders: arthrosis, deforming osteoarthrosis, osteochondrosis, spondiloarthrosis;
- autoimmune disorders: rheumatoid arthritis, rhizomelic spondylosis (Strumpell-Marie disease, Bechterev disease), arthritis with non-specific ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease, reactive arthritis;
- arthralgia (joint pain) of rheumatic, endocrine, autoimmune and traumatic nature;
- adhesive capsulitis of shoulder (frozen shoulder);
- myositis, plexitis, neuralgic pain, impact injuries;
- radiculitis, ischioneuralgia, lumbago;
- injuries of locomotor apparatus (ligament tear and tension, impact injuries, joint dislocation);
- to accelerate bone recovery after injury and/or surgery.
- high load on joints (in athletes, construction workers, miners);
Mode of administration: apply small amount of the cream onto clean skin in an affected area and massage until complete absorption. Regular use is recommended for attaining maximum effect.
At the first symptoms of pain apply the cream onto precleaned skin surface and distribute across the problematic area with soft massaging movements for 3-5 minutes 2-3 times a day.
As a part of complex therapy of joint disorders use the cream for local application, as a pain relieving medication; rub the cream in the affected area for at least 10 minutes (dry heat increases the effect of the cream.).
In cases of strong pain (in joints and muscles) the preparation may be used up to 4 times a day. A small amount rubbed into the skin with round movements will suffice. The cream is quickly absorbed into neighboring tissues.
When doing sports: for preliminary warming of muscles before training and competitions it is recommended to rub the cream in the area of joints 30 minutes before the event.
Contraindications: individual intolerance of product components.
