Flax seed (gums, linamarin glycoside, polyunsaturated fatty acids, proteins) ) has an enshrouding, anti-inflammatory activity, facilitates mucosa regeneration.
Geranium grass (gallic acid, gum resin, polysaccharides, tannins) reduce pain and inflammation, facilitate metabolic processes, activate body’s protective forces.
Common origanum grass (ascorbic acid, tannins, essential oils) has expectorant, anti-inflammatory, pain-relieving and sedative effect.
Licorice root (inulin, glycyrrhizic acid, saponins, flavonoids) is used as a part of complex therapy of upper respiratory tract disorders, mainly when thick, viscous, hard to expectorate phlegm is present; it also has antiviral, anti-bacterial, expectorant, anti-inflammatory and immunomodulating activity.
Pine buds (essential oils, tannins, bitters, tars, vitamins) excite secretory activity of upper respiratory tract mucosa, facilitate fluidization of viscous phlegm in bronchi, stimulate ciliated epithelium and demonstrate expectorant activity.
Common plantain leaves (gum, pectins, carotene, vitamin B) has bactericidal, anti-inflammatory and enshrouding effect, facilitates mucosal recovery.

Recommended for preventive treatment and complex therapy of:
- acute and chronic bronchitis, pneumonia, tuberculosis;
- bronchial asthma.
Caloric value: 261 kcal / 1093 kJ per 100 g.
Nutritional value: proteins – 22.3 g, fats – 7,6, carbohydrates – 24.2 g per 100 g.
Mode of administration: Infuse 1 teaspoonful of product with 1 glass of boiling hot water, leave for 15 minutes, then strain. Adults may take 1 glass of the infusion 2-3 times a day.
Contraindications: individual intolerance of product components.
Period of validity – 2 years.
Storage conditions: temperature not exceeding 0о C and air humidity not exceeding 75%.
