This tisane has sedative, spasmolitic and hypotensive action.

Components of the preparation (common valerian, motherwort, peony, buckwheat) have beneficial influence onto nervous system. They have calming, hypnotic, pain-relieving anti-inflammatory effect. Melilot improves blood fluidity and strengthens blood vessels; origanum is useful in cases of respiratory diseases.

Ingredients: origanum (Origanum vulgare L.) grass, motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca L.) grass, Ural peony (Paeonia anomala) roots, buckwheat (Fagopyrum sagittatum Gilib) grass, valerian (Valeriana officinalis ficinalis L.) roots, melilot (Melilotus officinalis D.) grass.

Common origanum grass (ascorbic acid, tannins, essential oils) has expectorant, anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving. Origanum has a pronounced sedative effect.

Motherwort grass (alcoloids, flavonoids) shows anti-arhythmic activity, calming the central nervous system.

Valerian root and root stem (valeric acids, alkaloids, saponins, valerid glycoside) reduce spasms of unstriated muscles, regulate heart functioning, improve coronary cirbulation, calms the nervous system, increase bile secretion and help relieve muscular tension.

Peony root (salicilic acid, flavonoids, glycosides) increases bile production and release, increases urine output, shows antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and spasmolitic effect; it also has a pronounced sedative effect.

Buckwheat grass (rutin, phenolic acids) has anti-inflammatory activity, decreases vascular permeability and brittleness, for both large and small vessels.

Melilot grass (phenolic glycosides, cumarins, flavonoids, ascorbic acid) have anti-swelling and sedative activity, it reduces excessive nervous excitability, eliminates aggressiveness, normalizes mood, improves sleep. It regulates metabolism, resolving thyroidal dysfunction, improves blood fluidity and strengthens blood vessels.

Mode of administration: Infuse 1 teaspoonful of product with 1 glass of boiling hot water, leave for 15 minutes, then strain. Adults may take 1 glass of the infusion 1-2 times a day.

Contraindications: individual intolerance of product components.
