Lutein is a natural pigment that absorbs ultraviolet rays, protecting the retina from harmful UV radiation. Lutein prevents age-related changes in the retina and lens, strengthens the walls of blood vessels, and reduces cholesterol levels in the blood. Accelerates tissue repair after eye surgery, improves twilight and night vision. Lutein is a powerful antioxidant that protects tissues from free radicals. Sufficient lutein content in tissues is a necessary condition for the normal functioning of the eyes and the cardiovascular system.

Nettle leaves improve metabolic processes in the body, strengthen the retina and increase visual acuity, reduce the harmful effects of bright light, computer radiation, and phone.

Buckwheat grass contains rutin (vitamin P), which strengthens blood vessels and capillaries, reduces their fragility and permeability, and prevents retinal hemorrhages.

Vitamin C protects the eyes from the negative effects of ultraviolet radiation, and also performs an antioxidant function – protects cells from premature aging, activates regeneration processes in eye tissues.   • working at the computer for more than 2 hours a day;

  • work related to exposure to bright light (welders, photographers and videographers);

  • smoking (increased risk of retinal dystrophy by 6 times);

  • activities related to exposure to bright light (alpine skiers, climbers, surfers);

  • living in mountainous areas and other areas with high insolation.
