Omega-3 from Biolit is a source of omega–3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) in a convenient capsule form. Omega-3 capsules contain highly refined concentrated fish oil from the muscle tissue of wild northern fish. Three Omega-3 capsules fill the daily requirement for polyunsaturated fatty acids by 90%.

Ingredients: concentrated 60% fish oil, shell (gelatin, glycerin, water), a mixture of tocopherols.
