Instructions for use:

before use, open the capsule, pour the contents under the tongue, dissolve without swallowing. Do not drink it down.

For adults: 

1-2 capsules 1-2 times a day, in the morning 30 minutes before meals.

With increased loads (for athletes), a single dose can be increased to 2 g (4 capsules).

The course of admission is 3-6 weeks, depending on the state of the body.

In case of osteoporosis, combine the intake with an activated form of vitamin D or calcium preparations, the course of administration can last up to 6-12 months.
