1 drop of Vitamin D3 500 IU covers the daily requirement for vitamin D. For better absorption of fat-soluble vitamin D, the formulation uses MST coconut oil (the most useful type of oil).

Ingredients: MCT oil (medium-cap triglycerides of coconut oil), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), natural flavor "banana", a mixture of vitamin E (tocopherols) and vitamin C (ascorbyl palmitate) – (antioxidant).

MST coconut oil is 98% composed of medium-chain fatty acids with a chain length of 6-9 carbon atoms. These fats are broken down and absorbed faster in the body, becoming a source of energy, and are not deposited in adipose tissue.
