For adults, take 1 capsule of BIOTA No. 1 and BIOTA No. 2 at the same time 1 to 3 times a day before or during meals, with water.

Method of preparation of fermented milk product "BIOTA" No. 1.
Pour the contents of 4 capsules of BIOTA No. 1 into a glass container with a volume of 1 liter of warm (25-30 ° C) natural or pasteurized milk with a fat content of 0.5-2.5%. You can add 0.5 teaspoons of honey or sugar.
Close the container tightly, shake it periodically, including during use of the product. Mixing promotes aeration and uniform distribution of microorganisms in the starter culture. Ferment for 3 days at a temperature of 25-28 ° C. The result is a homogeneous mass with the smell of homemade kefir and acquires a refreshing yeast and light sour-wine taste. A slight separation of the serum is allowed.
With the regular manufacture of fermented milk product "BIOTA" No. 1 at home in glass containers of 1-2 liters, it is recommended to leave up to 50% of the product as the required volume of starter culture for subsequent preparation of a fermented milk product based on it by adding milk before filling the container, while honey or sugar is added again.
The specified resumption of the process of preparing a fermented milk product with a residue of up to 50% of the product in the container is allowed no more than ten times. Next, you need to use a new portion of dry starter culture. The volume of the container for the preparation of a fermented milk product is not actually limited, but assumes a proportional increase in the initial amount of dry starter culture.
Method of preparation of honey drink based on "BIOTA" No. 1.
It is recommended for lactose intolerance.
In a 1 liter glass jar with non-chlorinated boiled and cooled to room temperature water, add the contents of 4 capsules of BIOTA No. 1 and 1 tablespoon of honey. Mix and leave for 1-2 days at room temperature (20-25 ° C). Next, maintain the symbiosis in the same way as in the case of a fermented milk drink. If a ready-made fermented milk drink "BIOTA" No. 1 is available, then half a cup of whey from this drink can be used to prepare a honey drink instead of dry powder from capsules.
The container with the drink "BIOTA" No. 1 for use during the day is recommended to be stored
at 15-20 °C away from direct sunlight, long-term storage is better at 4-8 °C.
Recommended consumption of the drink "BIOTA" No. 1:
- for children from 8 months to 1 year – 5 ml 2 times a day.
- children from 1 to 3 years old – 10-50 ml 3-4 times a day.
