We offer the following terms of cooperation with the wholesale customers:
- the minimum order amount is 10,000 rubles.
- flexible discount system depending on the order amount.
Delivery and Payment:
- We carry out wholesale deliveries of products by transport companies throughout Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan;
- we are preparing a set of documents for the delivery of our goods to the EurAsEC countries;
- orders over 40,000 rubles are delivered for free;
- wholesale orders are paid by wire transfer to the settlement account of Biolit LLC.
Documents required for the Contract conclusion:
for legal entities:a copy of the company's registration
- certificate (PSRN (OGRN);
- a copy of the tax registration certificate (TIN (INN)/KPP);
- a copy of the company's Charter;
- a copy of the Minutes of the general meeting of the founders or the Decision on the appointment of the company head;
- a copy of the Power of Attorney to sign the contract, unless signed by the company head;
- a copy of the Order (Power of Attorney) for signing primary documents, unless signed by the company head;
- a company Info card with contacts and bank details.
for Individual Entrepreneurs:
- a copy of the certificate of registration with the tax authority (TIN (INN);
- a copy of the certificate of state registration of an individual as an individual entrepreneur (PSRNIE (OGRNIP).
